  • Gain knowledge and understanding of effective loss prevention techniques.

  • Gain an understanding of the need for Incident Management and recognise the difference between emergency response, crisis management and business continuity.
  • Learn how to understand the nature and the impact of an incident.
  • Apply a framework and leadership structure during an incident.

Security Penetration Testing

Don’t let your strengths become your weaknesses.

Participants will
  • Gain a basic insight in to protective security testing and coordinated examination of physical and operational sites.
  • Learn the four different levels of testing.
  • Apply the process including the systematic assessment of strengths, weaknesses and, where appropriate, the use of hostile intrusions to exploit the identified weaknesses.

Senior Leadership Seminar

An exceptional leader stands up and speaks, an exceptional leader also sits down and listens.

Senior Directors from your organisation will be given the unique opportunity to attend a Leadership Seminar facilitated by Lore Training. Participants will be addressed by guest speakers, carefully selected for their ability to engage with the audience and part with knowledge from extensive experience in their specialist fields.
